It is the creation of two passionate gourmets: Marek, an experienced Czech chef, and Henk, a Belgian entrepreneur with a refined palate. Their story begins with a shared desire to elevate the humble sausage.
Marek, who has worked in renowned restaurants for over 20 years, longed to unleash his creativity. He envisioned something unique—a tasty and convenient dish that combines tradition with a modern twist. His expertise and years of experience in various establishments across Europe were instrumental in this vision.
During a trip to Innsbruck, Henk stumbled upon a shop offering high-quality sausages and salamis. He was struck by the fact that such a diverse selection was lacking back home in the Czech Republic. Why shouldn’t quality meats be easily accessible? Motivated by this question and his long-standing passion for gourmet foods (think of 17 years in the chocolate business!), Henk embarked on a mission to bring this quality to the Czech market.
Their paths crossed not because of sausages, but because of a shared love for good food and innovative thinking. And thus, the company Sausage Go was born.
